2. Petitioners apprehend arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 109(1), 132, 121(1), 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3. Informant, who is Circle Officer, Barauli, alleged that on 24.12.2024, he along with Assistant SHO went to pacify the land dispute in village Mohanpur, in the meantime, all the F.I.R. named accused persons, including these petitioners, abused and misbehaved with him and assaulted his driver by means of farsa, who sustained injury. It is further alleged that the accused persons also snatched mobile phone.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case due to land dispute. Allegation of assault is general and omnibus and there is no allegation of specific overt act against these petitioners.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the bail application and submitted that petitioner no. 1 has got eight criminal antecedents and petitioner no. 2 has got one criminal antecedent.

6. Considering the nature of accusation and criminal antecedents, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is rejected.
