Pursuant to the order of the Court, the Additional District and Sessions Judge-VII, Aurangabad has submitted a report dated 21.10.2016, in which it was stated that the evidence on behalf of the prosecution and defence has been closed and argument on behalf of the prosecution has also concluded and 22.10.2016 was the date fixed for argument on behalf of the defence.
