Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The victim of dowry death allegedly died in her parent's house. Allegation is that her husband has committed murder. The petitioners are relations of the husband. In the circumstance, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Salkhua Police Station Case
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20229 of 2018 (2) dt.13-04-2018 2/2 No. 22 of 2016, subject to the condition that the petitioners shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners.
