JUSTICE SATYAVRAT VERMA ORAL ORDER 07-07-2023 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State along with learned counsel for the informant. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498A and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Sections 3 /4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is willing to keep the informant with honour and dignity. The learned counsel for the informant submits that even the informant is willing to accompany the petitioner. The learned counsel for the informant next submits that since petitioner is willing to keep the informant with dignity

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.48636 of 2022(3) dt.07-07-2023 2/3 and honour, as such, he is not opposing the anticipatory bail application of the petitioner.

The learned counsel for the petitioner next submits that petitioner presently is working in Faridabad (Haryana) as a labourer. It is further submitted that petitioner will go to the parental home of the informant on 09.08.2023 to bring back the informant to her matrimonial home.

The learned counsel for the informant submits that the moment the petitioner will come to fetch the informant, the informant shall willingly accompany the petitioner to her matrimonial home.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned trial court within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Sahebpur Kamal P.S. Case No. 09 of 2019 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.

However, in the event if the petitioner does not go to
