Petitioner is accused in connection with Khagaria Muffasil P.S. Case No. 118 of 2016 registered under Sections 414/201/34 of the I.P.C.

The Police, on receiving secrete information about keeping theft Pick-up Van at the scrape shop of the petitioner, reached there and found that the parts of the Van was being opened by two persons. On query, petitioner did not give satisfactory reply nor produce any paper regarding the ownership of the vehicle.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that in fact, no Pick-up Van was recovered from

No.20713 of 2016 (2) dt.17-05-2016 2/2 the scrap shop of the petitioner, rather from the NH 31 near the scrape shop of the petitioner the said vehicle was recovered, but the petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case mere on suspicion and remanded in the case on 18.02.2016 and since then he is in custody.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Khagaria in connection with Khagaria Muffasil P.S. Case No. 118 of 2016. Out of two sureties, one surety must be parents or close relatives of the petitioner.
