The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Sections 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code read with Section 47A of Excise Act.

From the possession of the petitioner 200 litres of mahua wine along with 40 kgs. of mahua were recovered. For that, the petitioner is in jail since 26.4.2015. Hence, the petitioner has already remained in jail for more than three months. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned
