Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 461, 380, 411/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner was employee of the informant and the informant doubted the involvement of the petitioner in a theft which had been committed in his house and on the basis of the aforesaid suspicion, the petitioner and one other accused were caught by the police and confessed their guilt before the police official. Petitioner is in jail custody since 14.3.2016 and does not have any criminal antecedent.

Moreover, no stolen article has been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner.

Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like
