The petitioner is in custody in connection with Akorhigola P.S. Case No. 80 of 2019 for the offence under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation against this petitioner is that he was involved in theft of motorcycle. The police apprehended the petitioner along with the motorcycle without the registration number.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 14.04.2019. He submits that the seizure list was not prepared as per the mandatory provision prescribed under Section 100 of the Cr.P.C.

Case No. 80 of 2019.
