Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 399, 402, 414 of the Indian Penal Code as well as various sections of the Arms Act.

Petitioner is in jail custody since 17.1.2016 on the accusation that one country made loaded pistol and one live cartridge were recovered from his conscious possession when he and others assembled to make preparation for committing dacoity. So far as criminal antecedent of the petitioner is concerned, prior to institution of the present case, only one case Barhara P.S. Case no. 164/2008 had been registered against him. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like
