The petitioner is languishing in custody since 20.04.2015 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 20, 21 & 22 of NDPS Act.

From the possession of the petitioner 440 gms. of Ganja were recovered.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the quantity of recovery is much below small quantity and investigation has already concluded. A statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above
