Petitioner is accused in connection with Baheri P.S. Case No.270 of 2015 registered under Sections 302, 386, 387, 120B/34 of the I.P.C. and 27 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. In course of investigation, name of one Santosh Jha has come having hand in the present occurrence and the petitioner, being the married sister of Santosh Jha is apprehended by the Police with allegation to help her brother and others providing accommodation. Further submission is that petitioner, being a lady, has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since
