The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Charpokhari P.S. Case No.257 of 2015 registered under Sections 364, 120(B) and 302 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. In course of investigation, the name of the petitioner surfaced in this case in the confessional statement of the co-accused Deepak Paswan. Except the confessional statement of the aforesaid co-accused, there is nothing against the petitioner to show his involvement in this case and the petitioner is in custody since 29.01.2016.

No.19274 of 2016 (2) dt.04-05-2016 2/2 Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the C.J.M., Bhojpur at Ara, in connection with Charpokhari P.S. Case No.257 of 2015.
