It would appear from the first information report that it was co-accused, Video Mahto, who opened fire on the deceased and so far as petitioner is concerned; he is said to be order giver and caught both hands of the deceased at the time of alleged occurrence. The petitioner is languishing in jail custody since 12-08-2014.

Considering the above-said facts and circumstances of the case as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Kasim Bazar P.S.
