JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 05-02-2018 The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Madhubani P.S. Case No. 487 of 2015, registered for offences punishable under Sections 406, 420, 467, 468, 471, 409, 419, 120(B)/34 of the IPC.

Allegation against the petitioner that he was appointed on the post of constable in Bihar Police later on it was found that some other person had appeared in the examination in place of him and, thereafter, he is absconding from duty and on enquiry the allegation was found true.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he has not been given opportunity to produce his paper and, thereafter, he may be allowed the privilege of anticipatory bail so that he may produce the papers before the authority. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.3941 of 2018 (2) dt.05-02-2018 2/2 Having heard both sides, considering the facts and circumstances of the case and nature of allegation, I am not inclined to grant the petitioner, the privilege of anticipatory bail. This application is, accordingly, dismissed.
