The petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 325, 307, 302 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that omnibus allegation against the accused including the petitioners is to have assaulted the deceased causing death of Chamaklal Mandal, father of the informant. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Learned counsel for the State submits that due to assault made by the accused including the petitioners the death has been caused and it has been supported by the post mortem examination report.

Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, the above-named petitioners are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand only) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial

1. One of the bailors will be the close relative of the petitioners.

2. The petitioners will not indulge in similar or in any other offence.

3. The petitioners will be well represented in the court.

4. In case of absence for two consecutive dates or in violation of the terms of the bail, their bail bonds will be liable to be cancelled by the court concerned.
