The petitioner has been in custody since 22.08.2017 in connection with Telhara P.S. Case No. 97/2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341/323/307/379/302 /506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that both the parties are agnates and there is a land dispute pending between them. It is further submitted that the main allegation of assaulting the deceased is on one Anil Yadav and not this petitioner. In view of the aforementioned facts and circumstances and that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.5550 of 2018 (2) dt.02-02-2018 bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned 3rd Additional Sessions Judge, Hilsa, Nalanda, in connection with Telhara P.S. Case No. 97/2017.
