JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 06-08-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. It would appear from perusal of the first information report itself, that there was some dispute between the informant and petitioner on the point of payment of wages of the petitioner and on the alleged date of occurrence, petitioner went to collect his wages but after some altercation, he took out a pistol and, thereafter, the informant tried to snatch the above stated pistol as a result of which the aforesaid pistol got fired causing firearm injury to the brother of the informant.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.28069 of 2015 (6) dt.06-08-2015 2/2 two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ara, Bhojpur in connection with Ara Town P.S.Case No. 260 of 2014.
