The petitioner is in custody since 23.11.2015 in connection with Bankey Bazar (Raushanganj) P.S. Case No. 31/2014 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147,148,149,120(B),121(A),122,124(A),307,353 of the Indian Penal Code, 3,4,5 of Explosive Act, 13,16,18,20 of U.A.P. Act & 17 C.L.A. Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on secret information, police raided a jungle area where certain persons were assembled and out of them 25 to 30 persons managed to escape on the arrival of police whereas certain persons including the petitioner were taken into custody. Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.23298 of 2016 (2) dt.01-06-2016 2/2 for the petitioner further submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and only on the basis of suspicion, he has been implicated in this case.

Considering the period of custody and also the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Abhay Srivastav, J.M. Ist Class, Sherghati, Gaya in connection with Bankey Bazar (Raushanganj) P.S. Case No. 31/2014. (Anjana Mishra, J.) Ravi/- U T
