Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 124(A) of the Indian Penal Code, Sections 25(1-b)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act, Sections 10, 13, 16, 17, 18, 20, 22 of U.A.P. Act and Section 17 of C.L.A. Act. Petitioner is said to be arrested by the police on the spot but nothing was recovered from possession of the petitioner and the alleged recovery was made from possession of co-accused. Moreover, petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and is languishing in jail custody since 14.03.2016.
