Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Antichak P.S. Case No.80 of 2017, registered under Section 30A of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that 20 liters of Mahua liquor was recovered from possession of the petitioner, however, he has fair antecedent and he is in custody since 18.11.2017.

Having considered the said facts and circumstances, petitioner Gopal Paharia @ Dhunna Paharia is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, Excise, Bhagalpur in
