The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Bahadurpur P.S. Case No. 65/2024 dated 22.02.2024, registered under Sections 457, 380, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is accused of committing theft.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. No incriminating material has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. There is delay of two days in lodging the F.I.R. The petitioner has two criminal antecedents and he is on bail in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.52634 of 2024(2) dt.07-08-2024 2/2 both cases and he is in custody since 03.03.2024. 5.

Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also period of custody, this bail application is allowed. 7.

Let the petitioner above named, be granted bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-V, Darbhanga in connection with Bahadurpur P.S. Case No. 65 of 2024, subject to the condition that:

(I) The petitioner will mark his attendance at Bahadurpur Police Station on every Sunday of each month. Default in appearance at the local Police Station will result into cancellation of his bail bond.
