Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under section 302 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code as well as section 27 of the Arms Act.

Two persons are said to have been killed by other accused. So far as the petitioner is concerned, it is stated that he along with five others took forcibly one Randhir Yadav whose dead body was subsequently, found.

Moreover, having similar allegation one co-accused Pampam Singh has already been granted privilege of bail by this court.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like
