Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Section-392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner was arrested on the basis of suspicion and after that, his confessional statement was recorded, in which, he accepted his involvement in the present case. It appears that except the aforesaid confessional statement as well as criminal antecedent of the petitioner, there appears to be nothing against the petitioner.
