2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Bahadurpur P.S. Case No. 417 of 2022, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 364, 341, 365, 366, 376, 511, 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, this petitioner along with other accused persons threatened the informant to withdraw the case. After that one boy got her seated in four wheeler car in which there was a driver and the boy started talking with this petitioner. After that both the boys snatched her mobile and deleted the number and took her to a building, disrobed her and tried to outrage her modesty.

4. It is submitted that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence.

5. Counsel for State however vehemently opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that the victim girl in her statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C has supported the prosecution case and petitioner has got criminal antecedents.

6. In view of the statement of victim girl under Section 164 Cr.P.C and criminal antecedents of petitioner, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner above-named on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) vinita/- U T
