The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 363 and 366A of the Indian Penal Code.

The father of the victim made allegation that the petitioner kidnapped his daughter.

It appears that the victim herself made statement before the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate and disclosed that she came with the petitioner and solemnized marriage with him. But later on, on 10.7.2014, i.e. after six months of her marriage, she made statement under section 164 Cr.P.C. and stated that the petitioner kidnapped her. The doctor has assessed her age about 19 years.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra in connection with Daudpur P.S.Case No.2 of 2014.
