Petitioner is said to have assaulted injured by means of iron rod but admittedly, injured has sustained simple injury said to be caused by hard and blunt substance.

Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Umesh Kumar Pandey, Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Jamui/concerned court in Khaira P.S. Case no. 257/2014.
