The petitioner, who is in custody, seeks bail in connection with Islampur P.S. Case No. 315 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 304B, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Informant is the father of deceased, who, in his fardbeyan has stated that the marriage of his daughter was solemnized with petitioner 5 years before and one children was also born from the said wedlock. The in-laws of his daughter used to torture her for non-fulfillment of demand of dowry. On 02.10.2017 he received information on mobile from the petitioner at 5:00 PM that his daughter has committed suicide and when he went

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.7036 of 2018(3) dt.05-03-2018 2/2 there he found his daughter lying dead on the bed. According to the postmortem report the cause of death has been attributed to Asphyxia due to hanging. It has been submitted that petitioner has clean antecedent and he is in custody since 03.11.2017.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., Hilsa, Nalanda, in connection with Islampur P.S. Case No. 315 of 2017.
