2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Darbhanga Town P.S. Case No. 232 of 2023, lodged under Section 379 of the I.P.C.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner has been found involved in the case of theft motorcycle.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. He submits that the name of the petitioner has figured in this case by virtue of confessional statement of one Saddam Hussain. He further submits that the petitioner is in custody since 20.01.2024.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, this bail application is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Darbhanga/concerned Court below in connection with Darbhanga Town P.S. Case No. 232 of 2023 subject to condition that the petitioner will mark his attendance at Pandaul Police Station on every Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner. (Sandeep Kumar, J) sadique/- U T
