Petitioner is not named in the first information report but in course of investigation, the name of petitioner surfaced in this case without having any specific role said to be played by the petitioner, which is evident from Para 90 of the case diary. Having more or less similar allegation co-accused Satydeo Sah has already been granted privilege of bail. So far as Umesh Sah is concerned, it is informed that he was convicted by the trial court but subsequently granted bail by the appellate court. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of 2nd
