The petitioners are apprehending arrest in connection with Palasi P.S. Case No. 29 of 2020 for the offence under sections 147, 341, 323, 354(B)/379 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that because of land disputes the occurrence took place in which these petitioners shall not said to have assaulted the victim. In that view of the matter, let the petitioners, named
