The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Pakribrawan P.S. Case No.82 of 2021 registered for offences under Sections 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is alleged to be pillion rider of stolen motorcycle and as such, liability of theft cannot be fastened on the petitioner without any evidence. Petitioner has clean antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application for anticipatory bail is allowed.

Accordingly, let petitioner, above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender within eight weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees
