Petitioners, already in custody, seek bail in connection with Manigachhi P.S. Case No.250 of 2017, registered under Sections 420, 414, 467, 468 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

The police stopped a vehicle on suspicion and the driver produced the papers but registration book of the vehicle was found fake and suspected to be a stolen vehicle and the three petitioners were also boarding the vehicle. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the vehicle was of Vishundeo Mahto and he was driving the vehicle,

No.21414 of 2018(2) dt.13-04-2018 2/2 the petitioners had taken lift and petitioner no.2 has no criminal antecedent whereas petitioner nos.1 and 3 have one criminal antecedent under Sections 366/365 of the Indian Penal Code. Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances and in particular that the vehicle was being driven by another co-accused Vishundeo Mahto and papers were also produced by him, petitioners, namely, Vikash Kumar, Amar Kumar and Prem Kumar are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM-VI, Darbhanga in connection with Manigachhi P.S. Case No.250 of 2017.
