2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under section 103(1) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.
3. As per prosecution case, informant's son Vikash Kumar @ Arvind Kumar had gone to the market with one Vikash Kumar but he did not return till evening and next day his dead body was recovered in Tudiganj railway station.
4. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. FIR is against unknown. Petitioner's name has come in this case during course of investigation on the basis of his confessional statement to the effect that he was in conversation with other accused persons on mobile phone at the relevant time. Learned counsel submits that save and except

5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail.
6. Considering the nature of accusation and period of custody of the petitioner, his prayer for regular bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, mentioned above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar in Krishnabraham Police Station Case No. 20/2024.
