The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Biraul P.S. Case No.333 of 2017 registered under Sections 341, 323, 325, 307, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code (for short 'the I.P.C.').

Regard being had to the allegations made in the FIR that the petitioner and others assaulted the informant as a result of which he sustained more than one injuries, one of which was found to be grievous in nature, I am not inclined to grant him prearrest bail. Accordingly, the application for grant of pre-arrest bail is rejected.

In case the petitioner surrenders and seeks bail, the same

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.57851 of 2017 (2) dt.20-12-2017 2/2 shall be considered on its own merits without being prejudiced in any manner by this order.
