This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Sirdalla P.S. Case No. 153 of 2019, disclosing the offence under Sections 341, 504, 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The age of the petitioner as disclosed in the First Information Report is 16 years which has not been disputed in the application seeking anticipatory bail.

Since the petitioner is a juvenile, this application for anticipatory bail cannot be maintained and is accordingly rejected but with observation that petitioner shall be at liberty to take appropriate step in accordance with law. (Chakradhari Sharan Singh, J) Rajesh/- U T
