The petitioner is in custody in connection with Hajipur Town P.S. Case No. 457 of 2019 for the offenses under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation against the petitioner is that he has snatched camera, mobile and purse of the informant. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. The petitioner was not named in the FIR and nothing incriminating was recovered from the petitioner. The petitioner was arrested on 22.5.2019 but he has not been put on Test Identification Parade.
