The petitioner seeks bail in Taraiya P.S. Case No. 97 of 2014, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and 47 (A)(D)(E) of the Excise Act. 300 litres of country made liquor was found in the room of Santosh Kumar Singh. The petitioner is not named in the FIR. The petitioner is full brother of Santosh Kumar Singh. The petitioner is in jail since 30.04.2015. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Sanad Chandra Srivastava, Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Chapra, Saran in connection with Taraiya P.S.
