The petitioner wants to renew his prayer for bail which was earlier rejected by order dated 24.11.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 36168 of 2015 on the ground that the petitioner is in custody since 26.08.2014 and in the near future the trial is not likely to be concluded, to which the learned A.P.P. opposes by submitting that the petitioner is the assailant as he has given sword blow on the neck of husband of the informant. In the facts and circumstances as stated above, finding no good ground for reconsideration of prayer for bail, again prayer for bail of the petitioner stands rejected in connection with Sessions Trial No. 14 of 2015 arising out of Khaira P.S. Case No.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.21771 of 2016 (2) dt.18-05-2016 2/2 159 of 2014 pending in the court of the Additional Sessions JudgeIInd, Jamui. However, the learned trial court is directed to expedite the trial and to conclude the same preferably within a period of nine months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order after taking the same on the priority basis.
