This is a petition for grant of regular bail in connection with Kotwali (Barari) P.S. Case No. 606 of 2017 for offences under Sections 452, 341, 323, 342, 385, 379, 307, 354B, 504, 506, 148 and 149 of the Indian Penal Code and 25(1-b)a, 26 and 27 of the Arms Act.

Allegation, in brief, is that the petitioner along with others assaulted and committed theft from the house of the informant. It is submitted that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent whereas the report received from the Court below indicates that the petitioner has five criminal antecedents. Hence, the prayer of bail of the petitioner is rejected.
