The petitioners are apprehending arrest in connection with Khudaganj P.S. Case No. 56 of 2020 for the offence under sections 147, 148, 149, 452, 341, 323, 325, 354, 379 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code.
In view of a fight over some trivial issue and both the parties have assaulted each other and the persons from both sides have been injured.
It has been submitted that there is general and omnibus allegation against the accused persons. In that view of the matter, let the petitioners, named
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.5385 of 2021(2) dt.23-11-2021 2/2 above, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hilsa, Nalanda, in connection with Khudaganj P.S. Case No. 56 of 2020 subject to the condition as laid down under section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
