Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is said to have been caught on the spot when he along with others were loading sugar on a pick-up van but submission on behalf of the petitioner is that petitioner is employee of the concerned company and, as a matter of fact, there was some dispute between the petitioner and management of the company and that is the reason of false implication of the petitioner in the present crime. It is further submitted that

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.23506 of 2016 (3) dt.12-07-2016 2/2 petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and is languishing in jail custody since13.03.2016.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Begusarai Muffasil P.S.Case No. 105 of 2016.
