Learned APP for the State submits that from perusal of the Case Diary, it appears that process under Sections 82 and 83 Cr.P.C. has already been issued against the petitioner in connection with Chainpur P.S. Case No. 97 of 2021 and as such the present anticipatory bail application is not maintainable.
