Versus
1. The State of Bihar .... .... Opposite Party/s ====================================================== Appearance :
For the Petitioner/s : Mr. Ajay Kumar Tiwary, Advocate For the Opposite Party/s : Mr. Amrendra Prasad (APP) ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ADITYA KUMAR TRIVEDI ORAL ORDER 16-09-2015 Senior Superintendent of Police, Muzaffarpur is present with a show-cause wherefrom, it is apparent that all the witnesses have already been examined. The details thereof, have been enumerated. On account thereof, future appearance of Senior Superintendent of Police, Muzaffarpur is not warranted and is, accordingly, exempted.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, the ball goes to the court of petitioner. Now, it depends upon the petitioner to have his defence as well as argument concluded at an earliest. So far prayer for bail is concerned, I do not see any cogent ground to reconsider, more particularly, considering the stage of the trial. Accordingly, prayer for bail is refused.
