Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 401, 414, 420, 467, 468, /34 of the Indian Penal Code. According to the prosecution case one stolen motorcycle is aid to have been recovered from the possession of three persons including the petitioner.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner is in custody since 22.04.2015. Petitioner is named in the first information report. The other accused has been granted bail vide Cri. Misc. No. 15695 of 2015.

On behalf of the State it is submitted that petitioner is named in the first information report.
