The petitioner seeks bail in Bochahan P.S. Case No. 58 of 2015, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 399, 402 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

The police intercepted a Bolero Jeep. Two accused persons were apprehended when they were trying to flee away. The petitioner was driving the vehicle. From the possession of the petitioner one mobile of Karbonn Company was recovered and from the desk of the vehicle 50 tablets of Ativan each of 2mg and 20 tablets of Nitrosun of 10 mg were recovered. The petitioner is in jail since 16.04.2015.

Considering the facts aforesaid and nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the petitioner above named is directed

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.28437 of 2015 (2) dt.05-08-2015 2/2 to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Muzaffarpur, in connection with Bochahan P.S. Case No. 58 of 2015.
