The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Sasaram Town (Darigaon) P.S.Case No. 877 of 2017 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-B)(a), 26, 27 and 35 of the Arms Act.

Regard being had to the fact that there is no specific allegation against the petitioner and he is said to be a man of clean antecedent, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within four weeks from today, he is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
