2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under section 420 of the IPC and section 10 of Bihar Examination Regulation Act.

3 . As per the prosecution case , this petitioner appeared in TRE-3.00 examination , which was conducted by BPSC and got selected on the post of TRE - 3 school Teacher but during course of document verification the caste / resident

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.47892 of 2025(2) dt.05-08-2025 2/2 certificate of this petitioner was found to be forged and fabricated and accordingly the present F.I.R. has been lodged.
