Earlier the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court, vide order dated 18.4.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No.17715 of 2017, with a direction to the learned trial court to conclude it within a period of seven months and if the trial is not concluded within seven months, the petitioner will be at liberty to renew his prayer for bail.
Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the other co-accused persons have been granted bail and the trial has not been concluded within the period of seven months, as directed by this Court and no witness has been examined in this case within the period of seven months.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.1978 of 2018 (3) dt.08-02-2018 2/2 Having heard both sides and perused the report, from which it appears that the charge has been framed on 1.12.2017 and in such view of the matter, considering the facts and circumstances, the learned trial court is directed to conclude the trial within a furthermore period of three months and if the trial is not concluded with the aforesaid period and there is no fault of the petitioner, the trial court shall release the petitioner on his own satisfaction.
With the aforesaid observation, this application is disposed of.
