This is the second attempt for grant of anticipatory bail on behalf of the petitioner inasmuch as earlier anticipatory bail application of the petitioner in connection with Tekari PS Case No. 386/2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B), 201 and 120(B) of the IPC, was dismissed on merit vide order dated 10.07.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 10831/2020.

Instead of seeking regular bail, the petitioner after lapse of more than two years has filed second anticipatory bail application. Learned counsel has not brought any subsequent development in the matter for reconsideration of the anticipatory bail and only submits that the petitioner is aged about 65 years old.

No.48874 of 2022(2) dt.14-09-2022 2/2 Regards being had to the submissions made by the parties and taking into consideration the fact, I come to the conclusion that instead of filing regular bail application after rejection of the anticipatory bail by this Court more than two years back, the petitioner has renewed his prayer for anticipatory bail on the ground of old age. Accordingly, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner for the second time. The same is, hereby, rejected.
