Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Agamkuan P.S. Case No.457 of 2017 registered under Sections 363, 370, 372 and 376/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation in brief is that the daughters of the informant were enticed away by her aunt Chaneshri Devi and one Chhthiya Devi and with the help of the brokers got both of them married after receiving money.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is not named in the FIR rather alleged to have played the role of a middle man in searching the prospective bridegroom and similarly situated another co-accused, Seema Devi has been admitted to bail by this Court vide Cr. Misc.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.12133 of 2018(4) dt.11-04-2018 2/2 No.10052 of 2018 on 03.04.2018 and specific allegation of enticing away the girls is against Chaneshri Devi and Chhathiya Devi and not against this petitioner.

Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, petitioner Anil Sharma is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge (POCSO), Patna in connection with Special Case No.8 of 2018, arising out of Agamkuan P.S. Case No.457 of 2017.
